Q：What happened when i upgrade the latest firmware of interconttect gateway that some sub-devices disappeared?
A：
If the WiFi signal of the Gateway is all right .Clear the APP cache,re-add the sub-devices into the gateway with latest firmware,then send us the virtual ID of gateway ,we can monitor situation in backend.
